This page will guide you through the process of claiming your characters.

First you will need to click on "Guild Roster" in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

That will take you to the listing of all the characters in the guild (as of the last import from the armory). On this list you will see a column on the right called "Claim". Scroll through the list of characters, and when you come accross one of your toons click the "Claim" link for them. Note there are several pages so you may have to search for a bit to find your characters.

After you click "Claim" it will take you to a confirmation page.

It is very important that you only claim characters that are yours in-game. If you accidentally clicked on a toon that is not yours, you need to click the "No. It's Not My Character" button!!!

After double-checking that the character that you clicked is yours, then you may click the "Yes, The Character is Mine" button.

After claiming all of your characters you can click on the "Members" link under the Guild Roster to see a listing of all the people in the guild, and their claimed characters.

If you accidentally claim a character that is not yours in-game please message one of the Officers (either in-game, or via the private messaging available on the site) as soon as possible so that they can remedy the problem.
