Please follow this pictoral walk-through if you need help signing up for a Guild Launch account and applying to our guild.

Step 1: Click on "Apply to Guild"

Step 2: If you already have a Guild Launch account use the left side. If you do not have a Guild Launch account you can create one by filling in the form on the right side.

Alternatively, if you use Facebook, you can connect your Guild Launch account to your Facebook account for simplicity's sake.

Your filled out form for New Account creation should look similar to below (obviously with your own information, rather than my "demo" information). After you've filled out the form click on "Create Account".

This next step is the process of applying to the guild. I would assume at this point you would click the "YES" radio button...why else would you be following this tutorial? ;) After clicking the appropriate button, click "Continue".

On this step you will fill out the Guild Application form. When I made these screen shots our application was blank. You may or may not have some questions to answer for our application here. If what you see is exactly like my image below, then all you need to do is select the appropriate radio button, and click "Submit Guild Application". If your screen is showing a series of questions, please answer those questions to the best of your abilities before submitting the application. Thanks!

Congratulations! You've almost finished the process. As noted on the image below, you will need to check the email account you used to sign up for the message with the account confirmation link. Also please note that at this point you have just signed up/joined Guild Launch. The approval process for joining the guild itself is not automated. Please be patient as the officers review your application for approval. You will get a separate email and on-site notification once this happens.

When you check your email you should have a message like this. It may take a few minutes for it to show up. If after waiting a few minutes you still don't see the message from Guild Launch, you should check your Spam email and see if it accidentally got sent there. Once you get your email mesage click on the link to confirm your Guild Launch account. By confirming, your account will become active.

When you click on the confirmation link it will take you to the below page.

Congratulations! The process is now complete.

All you have to do now is wait for the message from one of our officers stating that your application to join Legionairs was approved...

If your application is approved you will get one or two notifications (depending on if you selected to be notified by email or not). If you chose to be notified by email you will get an email message similar to the one below:

If you chose only to be notified by the in-site messaging then you will only know if you've been approved or not by logging in to Guild Launch. If you see the below image, then you have unread messages:

Click on the little envelope and it will take you to your private messaging inbox. Once in the inbox click on the unread message and it will display in the Preview Pane below your list of messages. It will look similar to this:

Now you are an official member of the Legionairs' Guild Launch Web site! :) Hooray!

Just one last thing for you to do....go claim your characters so we know who belongs to whom.
